This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the technology portfolio of document scanners and maintain relationships with sales teams, marketing, third-party partners, and industry stakeholders.
β’ Drive revenue growth, gross profit, and sales KPIs for the designated portfolio.
β’ Spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, which includes successful product launches, lifecycle management, and long-term portfolio planning.
β’ Align solutions and technologies with market demands, customer requirements, and the overall corporate strategy.
β’ Collaborate across various departments such as supply chain, training, legal, IT, and operations.
β’ Implement portfolio strategies that correspond with customer segmentation and channel needs.
β’ Track sales KPIs and work with sales and marketing operations to meet performance objectives and address shortfalls.
β’ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) liaison for RCL and other operational companies.
β’ Utilize RISE methodology, incorporating voice-of-customer insights and Gemba activities to grasp real-world needs.
β’ Act as the primary expert for the portfolio, focusing on competitive analysis, forecasting, and supply chain considerations.
β’ Represent Ricoh as an industry advocate at conferences, trade shows, and customer gatherings.
β’ Manage the financial budgets related to the assigned portfolio.
β’ Collaborate with Program Managers to provide insights that inform strategic initiatives.
β’ Ensure that business requirements are integrated into all product initiatives.
β’ Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and competitive developments, especially in digital technology and e-commerce.
β’ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
β’ At least 10 years of experience in product or solution management.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant business or technology sector.
β’ Sales experience or CDIA+ certification is advantageous.
β’ Experience in managing products, processes, and (when applicable) teams.
