This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborates with functional management on business decisions concerning associates.
• Assists with all Human Resources activities for the client group, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, associate relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, learning, and staffing.
• Investigates associate relations concerns and works with managers to resolve them.
• Analyzes turnover rates to identify patterns and devise retention strategies.
• Collaborates with management to recruit for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Organizes and participates in job fairs and attends college career fairs to support recruitment efforts.
• Provides guidance and leadership coaching (360s) and collaborates with managers in the performance management process.
• May lead training sessions on HR topics and conduct associate orientations.
• Drives and implements company HR initiatives.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience as a Human Resources generalist or in a related field (3-5 years).
• Management experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong skills in coaching, counseling, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws.
