Manager, HEOR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and guide multi-disciplinary research teams while delivering HEOR expertise and strategic direction throughout all phases of projects, from initial planning to final communication.

• Implement projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations while ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Foster strong relationships with clients that lead to ongoing business prospects.

• Cultivate a vibrant and positive workplace through effective communication, a strong work ethic, and professional behavior.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Life Science field, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or a similar area.

• At least three (3) years of direct experience in health economics, health technology assessment, or a closely related field.

• Solid foundation in the design, analysis, and interpretation of cost-effectiveness models.

• Familiarity with HTA submissions.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, demands, and timelines in a dynamic environment.

• Proven skills in leadership, team building, and motivating team members.

• Established ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
