Manager, Growth Creative Strategy – Markets & Subscribers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete creative development process for Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), Google (Demand Gen, Google App Campaigns), CTV, and lifecycle marketing channels from initial brief to final asset delivery, ensuring all creative work is brand-compliant and optimized for conversions.

• Establish and uphold a creative review framework that specifies who reviews what, at which stage, and based on which criteria, fostering clarity and consistency across teams.

• Champion creative excellence, exceeding mere adherence to brand guidelines to support work that is engaging, unique, and designed for high performance.

• Formulate a perspective on creative volume and testing — determining the necessary amount of creative, what should be tested, and what is impactful versus what merely adds noise.

• Create an annual creative roadmap outlining themes, priorities, and focus areas that align both teams around a unified creative strategy, minimizing reactive production.

• Evaluate creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, etc.) to identify successful patterns and reveal areas for enhancement.

• Compile test results into concise, actionable creative briefs and iteration roadmaps, communicating insights to stakeholders across both teams.

• Identify and integrate automation and AI tools within the creative workflow, establishing a clear framework for their application versus scenarios requiring human creative judgment.

• Stay informed about platform-specific creative best practices and emerging formats, proactively integrating them into the creative playbook.

• Collaborate with media buyers and growth managers to ensure that creative aligns with investment strategies, platform algorithms, and audience targeting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or a similar creative strategy role.

• Proven history of developing creative at scale across diverse markets and languages that achieves measurable performance results across paid and owned channels.

• Familiarity with platform-specific creative specifications and best practices for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.

• Strong creative instincts with a high standard for quality.

• Ability to give clear and constructive feedback.

• Experience in data interpretation and contributing to a test-and-learn framework.

• Effective communicator capable of translating performance data into creative direction.

• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to assist in creative production.

• Experience with creative automation or DCO platforms (e.g., Smartly, Celtra).

• Detail-oriented and results-focused.
