This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Data Analysis & Performance Auditing – A significant portion of your time will be spent within advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) to identify what strategies are effective and the reasons behind their success.
• Creative Ideation & Scriptwriting - Following data analysis that uncovers opportunities, you will create the next series of creative tests.
• Production Management & Creative Briefing - You will serve as the director and intermediary between strategy and production.
• Testing Strategy & Iteration – Your role will involve designing and overseeing the creative testing roadmap for our paid channels.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creative strategy or performance creative roles.
• Proven experience with high-growth, paid social-driven DTC brands.
• In-depth knowledge of the Meta and TikTok advertising ecosystems.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret performance data to guide creative decisions.
• A portfolio showcasing direct-response ad concepts, scripts, or campaigns that have yielded measurable outcomes.
• A demonstrated history of driving revenue growth through paid creative initiatives.
• Experience in briefing or directing creators, influencers, or UGC production.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Hook Rate, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills — capable of presenting insights and justifying creative decisions with data.
