This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee the process for new client pitches, which includes developing timelines, drafting pitch briefings, establishing win strategies, and contributing content for proposals and tender documents.
• Create comprehensive responses for new pitches, including RFIs and procurement processes, while collaborating with legal and finance teams throughout the pitch process.
• Participate in the continuous enhancement of the business development process, focusing on qualification strategy, win strategy, pitch casting, usability, and best practices to improve client engagement and elevate the DEPT® customer experience.
• Handle client communications to position DEPT® as a strategic partner for both current and future project or account work.
• Work alongside marketing teams to ensure DEPT®’s unique positioning is effectively showcased through case studies, PR, thought leadership content, and other marketing materials.
• Assume additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in agency sales, growth, or client services (or equivalent).
• Proven track record in selling agency services across various industries and sectors.
• Experience managing the new pitch process, including developing timelines, drafting briefings, setting win strategies, and contributing to proposals and tender documents.
• Strong understanding of branding, creative services, media, e-commerce, and engineering.
• Capability to collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and create solutions that meet client needs.
• Ability to partner with clients to identify their growth requirements and propose solutions that enhance their business value.
• Skilled in building relationships with VP-level clients and business decision-makers.
• Self-motivated individual who excels in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects across multiple teams and functions.
