This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee ongoing client relationships and address specific client concerns.
• Review and authorize all client invoices.
• Calculate and submit pricing for federal drug programs, including BP, AMP, ASP, PHS/340B, NFAMP, FCP/FSS, IFF, and URA.
• Manage intricate Government Pricing concepts such as bundles, discount reallocation, pro-ration, and smoothing.
• Direct, evaluate, and approve price calculation reporting in collaboration with clients.
• Supervise monthly and quarterly source-data reconciliation and sales-data evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations for report submissions.
• Maintain accurate customer Class of Trades assignments in line with regulations.
• Guarantee that 340B/PHS prices are computed, accessible for pricing, and upheld according to federal standards.
• Spearhead client price calculation and restatement initiatives as necessary.
• Lead, manage, mentor, and nurture government program Analysts.
• Provide internal and customer insights on the life sciences commercial and regulatory landscape.
• Cultivate subject-matter expertise and disseminate knowledge to direct reports and peer groups.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related business discipline is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, focusing on state and federal pricing, reporting, and rebate programs.
• Proven experience in environments with mandated deadlines and managing multiple client projects.
• Ability to prioritize various and competing tasks across different functional areas.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
• Capability to produce client-ready deliverables for executive and professional audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with advanced Excel techniques such as pivot tables and data importing is preferred.
• Experience with and willingness to learn standard industry systems environments.
• Track record of achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and operational standards and procedures.
