Manager, Global Supply Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee the monthly supply planning cycle, which includes developing and updating 36-month supply plans and making critical supply decisions.

• Execute replenishment planning with external partners to meet all manufacturing needs while coordinating with Inventory Management, Logistics, and Supplier Management.

• Prepare supply planning contributions for the monthly S&OP cycle and the annual budget process.

• Manage all supply-related parameters and master data within relevant planning systems, overseeing product lifecycle modifications.

• Engage in the design and rollout of a new ERP system.

• Aid in converting KPI Supply Chain metrics into actionable steps in collaboration with CMC and VST.

• Identify and execute pivotal supply chain initiatives alongside internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance supply chain efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Preferred concentration in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management/Sciences).

• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management with a strong emphasis on supply planning. Experience in autologous cell & gene therapy is highly desirable.

• APICS or a similar certification is preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with an ERP system, ideally NetSuite.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, etc.), as well as GMP manufacturing and storage requirements.
