Manager, Global RM Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the systems support required for key projects and offer data-driven insights to leadership.

• Lead or assist in the execution and implementation of various Revenue Management initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional departments.

• Oversee and manage the monthly cutover for new properties within the CRS/RMS framework, ensuring successful implementation and problem resolution.

• Collaborate with vendors to establish requirements for developing product enhancements from conception to production.

• Offer Revenue Management insights and guidance when configuring and integrating new systems.

• Work alongside vendors to define, implement, test, and guarantee the effective operation of systems and data feeds.

• Prioritize and approve designs for integrations among Hyatt PrO (RMS), PMS, CRS, and S&C systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 4 years of progressive experience in hospitality revenue management technology, analytics, and pricing/distribution.

• Proven experience in delivering large-scale platform rollouts and integrations across RMS, PMS, CRS, and S&C systems.

• In-depth knowledge of IDeaS G3 RMS is essential.

• Strong understanding of revenue optimization concepts (including demand forecasting, price optimization, inventory controls, segmentation, and channel profitability) and their translation into product roadmaps and operational KPIs.

• A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, analytics, or a related field is required.
