This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and oversee the mobility function's delivery engine.
• Assess and implement the optimal blend of internal resources, external collaborations, and outsourcing to fulfill business requirements.
• Actively identify and integrate AI-driven tools and automation to enhance administrative workflows, minimize manual processes, and boost service delivery efficiency.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert and advisor for HR business partners and senior leadership on all mobility-related issues.
• Track and address rapidly evolving immigration and tax policy changes globally.
• Manage the complete lifecycle for US, Canadian, and international immigration cases across a wide range of visa categories.
• Lead the selection and oversight of external legal and tax service providers, establishing and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Enhance mobility workflows within Workday and other HR systems to maintain data accuracy and provide a seamless experience for stakeholders.
• Direct the entire process for international employee relocations and provide guidance on cross-border remote work requests.
• Take ownership of the organization's business travel compliance framework.
• Over 7 years of experience in Global Mobility or Immigration, showcasing a history of program leadership and operational design.
• Demonstrated ability to scale a function using innovative delivery models, including effective outsourcing and flexible staffing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of US and Canadian immigration laws, along with a solid understanding of international mobility compliance and tax risks.
• Familiarity (or significant comfort) with utilizing AI and automation tools to address high-volume operational challenges.
• Capability to consult at an executive level, offering clear, risk-based recommendations on intricate talent and compliance matters.
• Extensive experience with Workday and specialized case management systems.
• Proficiency in diagnosing manual compliance challenges and resolving them at their core through system triggers rather than relying on audits.
• Direct experience managing mobility programs across various international jurisdictions, beyond just US immigration.
