This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.
β’ Acts as the financial lead for the Project Team from a global grant administration standpoint.
β’ Manages the grant administration team which encompasses, but is not limited to: budget oversight and maintenance, prompt and precise investigator payment processing, advance (prepaid funds) balance reconciliations, and reporting.
β’ Accountable for overseeing the development of investigator grant workbooks globally, which involves interpreting the financial components of the Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) to ensure a timely and accurate payment process.
β’ Responsible for aiding the month-end close process by producing a global report on a project-by-project basis that includes, but is not limited to: invoiced/paid amounts, remaining advance balances, prepaid balance evaluations, projections, and other relevant key performance indicators.
β’ Collaborates with the respective Project Directors and Project Managers to offer guidance on the financial aspects of the Clinical Trial Agreement.
β’ Works with the respective Project Directors and Project Managers to assist in populating the site payment workbook, ensuring that visits eligible for payment are tracked and processed; provides training as necessary.
β’ Oversees the Sunshine Act Reporting process and any other client reporting as applicable on a global scale.
β’ Responsible for managing and processing payments to sites according to the terms and conditions of the Clinical Trial Agreement.
β’ Participates in internal team calls, client calls, and Quarterly Business Review meetings as needed.
β’ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
β’ At least 5 years of Clinical Research experience or equivalent relevant background.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
β’ Familiarity with the clinical trial payment process on an international scale.
β’ Knowledge of clinical trial agreements and site budgets.
β’ Strong comprehension of the study start-up process.
β’ Excellent analytical abilities.
β’ Outstanding time management skills.
β’ Capable of analyzing, reconciling, and communicating financial outcomes with all levels of the project team, investigator sites, and clients.
β’ No routine travel is anticipated for this position; however, occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
