This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Collaborate closely with team leadership to achieve annual objectives and enhance revenue optimization targets.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at identifying and realizing high-impact, revenue-generating opportunities within designated accounts.
• Deliver strategic, data-driven insights to global teams and senior leadership to enhance account performance, improve campaign return on investment, and uncover new revenue avenues.
• Create and manage performance dashboards that visualize and quantify the direct revenue impact of account initiatives and projects.
• Perform performance testing and conduct ad-hoc data analysis to refine optimization strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing education to internal collaborators, labels, and affiliates on YouTube guidelines and platform features that directly enhance monetization.
• Act as the primary data resource for the team, utilizing Snowflake and Python to analyze metrics and produce revenue-focused reports for projects and monthly business reviews.
• Function as the main contact for resolving network-wide issues, ensuring operational consistency to safeguard and maintain revenue flow.
• Oversee commercial programs for assigned accounts, coordinating artist campaigns and partner relationships to drive additional revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
• Manage daily operational relationships with external third-party partners, ensuring alignment on strategies that support ongoing revenue growth and business requirements.
• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within the music, entertainment, or digital media sectors.
• Strong familiarity with YouTube.
• Proficiency in Python and/or SQL.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational capabilities, with the ability to work independently.
• Demonstrated success in converting data into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in a dynamic, high-growth, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities—capable of bridging the gap between data and creative teams.
• Detail-oriented, with a keen sense of curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google productivity tools (e.g., Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
