This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
β’ The Global Brand Marketing for Glaucoma plays a crucial role in supporting the development, execution, and deployment of global brand strategies and various initiatives within the glaucoma medical and surgical portfolio.
β’ This position collaborates with **Global Medical Affairs, Market Access (3M), and CFU (Commercial Functional Units)** to ensure alignment with overarching global brand strategies and objectives, contributing to global brand planning.
β’ Additionally, it translates global strategies into actionable brand programs, tools, and guidance for regions, facilitating the deployment of global initiatives.
β’ A bachelor's degree is required (preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, biomedical fields, or related areas). An MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
β’ 5 to 7 years of practical experience in marketing within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries, including experience in product management or brand management.
β’ Experience in the ophthalmic field is strongly preferred, particularly involvement with glaucoma and/or surgical portfolios.
β’ Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management on a global or regional scale.
β’ A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, and promotional planning.
