This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Delivers exceptional employee assistance and strategic systems management to support a dynamic HR function.
β’ Oversees the global benefits strategy, HRIS framework, leave management, and HR compliance for RTSL.
β’ Manages the design, assessment, and implementation of benefits programs.
β’ Provides guidance to leadership on competitive and cost-efficient solutions for RTSL's international workforce.
β’ Guarantees data accuracy, process consistency, and adherence to all relevant regulations.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience focusing on benefits, payroll, and HRIS management.
β’ Proven experience in administering benefits across various geographical regions.
β’ Background in working for a global NGO is preferred.
