Manager, Global Benefits – HR Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional employee assistance and strategic systems management to support a dynamic HR function.

• Oversees the global benefits strategy, HRIS framework, leave management, and HR compliance for RTSL.

• Manages the design, assessment, and implementation of benefits programs.

• Provides guidance to leadership on competitive and cost-efficient solutions for RTSL's international workforce.

• Guarantees data accuracy, process consistency, and adherence to all relevant regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience focusing on benefits, payroll, and HRIS management.

• Proven experience in administering benefits across various geographical regions.

• Background in working for a global NGO is preferred.
