Manager, Global Automation Operations – Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the execution and ongoing enhancement of warehouse operations, processes, and performance across distribution locations.

• Streamline workflows, boost productivity, and guarantee uniform adherence to operational standards.

• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Analytics teams to evaluate processes.

• Confirm workflows and process modifications to maintain safety.

• Examine operational data to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

• Create, assess, and refine warehouse layouts and workflows utilizing industrial engineering principles.

• Formulate and execute process enhancements aimed at minimizing waste, costs, and cycle times through Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

• 5–8+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or roles focused on process improvement.

• Familiarity with industrial engineering techniques such as time studies, process design, and workflow optimization.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma).

• Excellent communication and cross-functional teamwork skills.

• Willingness to travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
