Manager – Fundraising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and engage new donors to secure funding in support of the Program's ambitious fundraising objectives.

• Cultivate and maintain robust, long-term relationships with all funding sources, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of goals.

• Develop persuasive and tailored proposals suited to individual funders, focusing on their specific interests and requirements in a timely manner.

• Compile detailed individual project reports for various initiatives, complying with funder guidelines or internal templates, and ensuring submission within agreed timelines (primarily quarterly and annually).

• Conduct in-depth online secondary research to thoroughly grasp funder interests and needs, facilitating highly targeted and effective proposal submissions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, engage in key project meetings to gain insights into program realities, and contribute actively to discussions as needed.

• Manage additional project-related tasks as they arise, supporting the overall needs of the team.

• Proven Fundraising Track Record: A solid history of successfully securing substantial funds from major institutional donors, CSR initiatives, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

• Donor Relationship Expertise: Significant experience in effectively managing and nurturing relationships with donors.

• Strong Network: A well-established network within both global and Indian donor communities.

• Exceptional Proposal Writing: Outstanding proposal writing abilities, with the capacity to adapt content effectively in response to specific program needs and donor expectations.
