• Oversee the creation of necessary monthly presentations detailing financial results and KPIs for relevant business leaders.
• Act as the main FP&A liaison for Senior Leaders within the Company, managing the annual budget and the monthly forecasting processes for each department.
• Lead financial analysis and forecasting efforts, which encompass an examination of actual financial and operational outcomes at the individual budget level, along with regular meetings with budget owners to review results.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and oversee the execution of those improvements.
• Support the assessment of operations and financial modeling to align with strategic objectives.
• Review monthly actual financial results during the closing process to verify accuracy.
• Conduct various ad hoc analyses as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent years of relevant experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience.
• Proficient in Excel at an advanced level.
• Skilled at engaging with diverse audiences, including Senior Leaders.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration abilities, capable of influencing and working effectively in a matrix environment to gain support and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to gather, interpret, and analyze data for reporting to multiple internal stakeholders.
• Successful completion of a background screening process, which includes employment verifications, criminal searches, OFAC checks, SS verification, as well as credit and drug screenings, when applicable and in compliance with federal and local regulations.
• Preferred Requirements:
• Experience with Oracle and Hyperion.
• An advanced degree in a related discipline.
