This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Oversee and direct business operations, brand budgets, sales strategies, distribution, innovation, supply chain, and pricing initiatives to promote our FMB brands and stimulate growth within a competitive market.
• Collaborate closely with wholesalers and local field sales teams to align with ABI's strategic objectives, enhancing the visibility of FMB brands through activations and local sponsorships.
• Implement, manage, monitor execution, and assess the outcomes of distribution and space initiatives.
• Leverage a proven history of multi-state stakeholder management while formulating Wholesaler plans and budgets, preparing and delivering business reviews, and effectively communicating activities both internally and externally, in tight collaboration with Key Account Managers, Beyond Beer Managers, and other field personnel.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with CSO counterparts and peers across regions to develop shared best practices and align plans with brand strategy.
• Create replicable content for the field team (CD, CM, BBM) to utilize as part of the WPPM process with Wholesaler partners.
• Serve as the Ultimate Regional Owner, overseeing Ad Hoc, Trade Marketing, and Logistics initiatives.
• Evaluate strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and sales for products using IRI, sales data, and program execution summaries.
• Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of retail initiatives, especially in Category Management and information-driven selling.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• High proficiency in analyzing data and formulating information-based recommendations.
• Familiarity with syndicated data, software, and metrics is preferable.
• Strong communication, presentation, follow-up, administrative, and organizational skills.
• Experience in field and retail sales within the beverage industry or other consumer products sectors.
• Ability to achieve positive results in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Motivated to meet results against ambitious targets with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of the A-B wholesaler network/processes is an advantage.
