Manager – Financial Planning and Cost Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist with the monthly closing process, ongoing forecasting, and senior executive reporting.

• Take ownership of the financial narrative for enGen, which includes the monthly presentation for the CFO.

• Work in close collaboration with the CFO and senior leadership within the business.

• Enhance the team’s Power BI reporting capabilities and initiatives focused on AI-driven automation.

• Undertake management responsibilities such as recruitment, coaching, and performance evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

• Proven ability to lead and develop finance team members.

• Skill in translating complex data into clear narratives for executive-level audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• Certification as a Management Accountant (CMA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.
