This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Allocate 20% of your time “in the field” with FAS, engaging with customers to foster strong relationships, oversee customer satisfaction, and promote the services and value offered.
• Work collaboratively with Sales and Service District Managers to form a cross-functional team aimed at surpassing customer expectations and driving enhancements.
• Address critical issues in your role as a member of the Service and Support leadership team.
• Utilize metrics to assess organizational performance and drive improvements.
• Tackle customer challenges, including addressing complaints.
• Identify and develop process enhancements that elevate the company's capacity to deliver service and support to customers.
• Assist the FAS team in planning and prioritizing activities to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective customer support, allocating resources based on skill, need, and customer feedback.
• Report on actual performance compared to AOT, provide variance analyses, and adjust forecast projections to drive training revenue growth.
• Responsible for achieving budgetary goals concerning OP Ex and Absorption targets.
• Leverage advanced financial systems and processes to manage a business as a standalone P&L, balancing expenses, revenue, and growth.
• Prepare, submit, and oversee district budgets and headcount requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal Education Services team to implement strategies for expanding training offerings.
• Develop strategies for future growth and direction of the team.
• Assess employee performance and provide regular feedback, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
• A Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Biology, Molecular and Cell Biology, or a related discipline, along with 5 years of laboratory experience in cell therapy, gene therapy, cell biology, immunology, stem cell biology, molecular biology techniques, or related fields.
• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Biology, Molecular and Cell Biology, or related field of study, plus 3 years of laboratory experience in the aforementioned areas will also be considered.
• Required knowledge or experience includes: Scientific and marketplace knowledge in Cell Therapy, research and clinical settings; Integrating internal and field-based activities across functions to meet customer needs; Leadership and management experience; Laboratory, sales, and customer engagement experience; Providing application support and training to customers and internal personnel; and Involvement in pre- and post-sales activities.
