This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the operations of enterprise mobile phlebotomy, focusing on vendor performance, workflow execution, and patient access support.
• Manage relationships with phlebotomy vendors across the nation, including aspects of contracting, onboarding, service-level performance, and operational escalations.
• Oversee the operational workflow and scheduling performance of the Oncology Patient Navigator.
• Drive standardization of operations, optimize workflows, and ensure accountability for service levels.
• Take charge of tracking mobile phlebotomy costs of goods, forecasting, budget management, invoice reconciliation, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with the Finance department on forecasting, accruals, budget planning, and initiatives for cost optimization.
• Monitor and enhance operational and financial KPIs, such as cost per collection, redraw rates, no-show rates, utilization, and vendor SLA performance.
• Manage processes related to purchase orders, invoice validation, vendor audits, and operational reporting.
• Create and maintain operational and financial reporting dashboards to assist leadership in decision-making.
• Work cross-functionally to address operational challenges, enhance patient experience, and support enterprise initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, privacy, and Quality Management System requirements.
• Design and establish the enterprise mobile phlebotomy operating model for Guardant, which includes vendor scorecards, cost tracking, reporting cadence, and scalable nationwide standards.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, vendor management, patient services, diagnostics operations, or similar operational leadership positions.
• Experience in developing and managing a program's cost-of-goods tracking, including the model, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Direct involvement in managing vendor relationships from start to finish, encompassing sourcing, contracting, onboarding, and negotiation of pricing.
• Proficient in creating and utilizing vendor scorecards, SLAs, and performance metrics to uphold quality standards.
• Strong analytical skills, financial management expertise, and proficiency in operational reporting.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, workflow platforms, and reporting tools such as Tableau or Excel is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience in managing operational teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to function effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or mobile phlebotomy is advantageous.
• Ability to critically assess and responsibly utilize AI-enabled tools in line with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Background screening, including criminal history, is mandatory.
