Manager, Enterprise IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The IT Operations Manager functions as the driving force behind enterprise technology, converting strategic objectives into actionable plans.

• This position acts as a crucial link between leadership, internal teams, and external IT partners, guaranteeing that technology projects are executed reliably and consistently, in alignment with business goals.

• Oversee the daily coordination of IT projects and the execution of the technology roadmap.

• Ensure that all technology tasks are carried out with clear ownership, established timelines, and measurable results across internal teams and vendors.

• Actively identify and resolve obstacles to delivery, preventing delays and maintaining progress across all initiatives.

• Provide support for enterprise capabilities across IT & Security tools, the Microsoft ecosystem, and system integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in IT operations, systems management, or the execution of technology programs.

• Proven experience in managing or coordinating with external IT vendors, managed service providers (MSPs), or third-party partners.

• Experience in leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Practical experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and integration platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to track and deliver projects on schedule in fast-paced, multi-system environments.

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or security domains are advantageous, indicating familiarity with enterprise platforms, system administration, and best practices in governance.
