• Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers (CSM) in the DACH & Netherlands regions.
• Enhance customer adoption and maturity by delivering successful outcomes.
• Empower the team to create and manage Customer Success Plans effectively.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with clients.
• Drive change and foster a culture of innovation.
• Proven experience in managing customer-oriented businesses within large enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of business principles.
• Knowledge of AECO industries along with cloud, digital, and SaaS technologies.
