This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, scalable training materials tailored for educators.
• Develop engaging training resources such as videos, overviews, and implementation guides.
• Establish a scalable library of training resources to facilitate growth among partners.
• Identify ways to enhance onboarding processes and lessen support requirements.
• Implement best practices in instructional design to effectively support adult learners.
• Collaborate with Partner Success and Product teams to refine training materials based on customer feedback.
• Act as a resource for customers during the implementation phase and throughout the customer journey.
• 5–8+ years of experience in instructional design, educator enablement, or curriculum development, with a proven track record of creating scalable training solutions in complex settings.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering impactful materials for educators across K–12 and/or higher education, showcasing effective adoption and results.
• Outstanding content development skills across video, written, and visual formats, possessing technical expertise and a keen eye for quality, clarity, and engagement.
• Proven ability to simplify complex products or systems into intuitive, actionable guidance that promotes independent use on a large scale.
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, including content design for seamless integration into educator workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, confidently partnering with educators, faculty, and cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
• Experience in customer education, onboarding, or implementation support is preferred.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) is preferred.
• Background in edtech or product-driven environments is preferred.
• Basic skills in video editing and content production are preferred.
