Manager, Earning Assets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Enhance profitability in Earning Assets throughout all LATAM nations

• Assist in identifying opportunities within the category, KPIs, and store performance metrics

• Offer data-driven recommendations to stimulate revenue growth or operational efficiencies

• Gather, analyze, and present lending and merchandise sales data

• Create and deliver Weekly/Monthly reports for the Executive Team and Field Operations

• Examine market trends in key merchandise categories

• Build and maintain relationships while collaborating with field operators

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience as an operational or financial analyst, ideally within the retail or financial lending sectors

• 2-5 years of prior leadership experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, or Finance from an accredited four-year institution is preferred
