Manager, Donor Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assists the Executive Director and/or Director of Donor Development in positioning March of Dimes as a front-runner in maternal and child health care.

• Builds effective partnerships and collaborations with corporations, foundations, and community organizations.

• Cultivates, develops, and manages a portfolio of donors.

• Leverages CRM systems to effectively manage revenue streams through analytical reporting.

• Develops and nurtures donor relationships while mobilizing supporters to enhance mission impact.

• Implements core event strategies through leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization of volunteers.

• Demonstrated success in cultivating and securing major and planned gifts.

• Proven track record in developing and securing corporate partnerships.

• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across various sectors, communities, and levels to ensure alignment with the mission.

• Proven experience in recruiting and retaining high-level volunteer leaders and board members.

• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven capacity to plan and execute successful events.

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
