📋 Description

• The Donor Development Manager assists the Senior Director of Donor Development.

• This role involves cultivating, expanding, and managing a portfolio of donors.

• The position will make use of constituent relationship management systems.

• Collaborates to implement core event strategies through leadership, engagement, and empowerment.

• Responsible for achieving revenue targets by building strong relationships.

• Tasked with developing and nurturing donor relationships while rallying supporters.

• Demonstrated success in cultivating and securing major and planned gifts.

• Proven ability to develop and secure corporate partnerships.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships across various sectors.

• Track record of recruiting and retaining high-level volunteers and board members.

• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven capability to plan and execute successful events.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
