This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer guidance and leadership to the Digital User Experience team.
• Oversee the delivery and operational consistency of corporate endpoint platforms and applications.
• Advocate for process enhancements and cultivate relationships with essential stakeholders.
• Address business challenges through digital transformation and the implementation of new technologies.
• Engage in comprehensive business planning and the technological vision.
• Manage numerous projects across various teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 7 years of management experience in Cloud Infrastructure, endpoint management, and platform oversight.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting end-user infrastructure or applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based systems (M365 and AWS).
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
• Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wireless, QoS, and cloud connectivity).
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
• Capability to lead and influence others in a setting with shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices and Continual Service Improvement (CSI).
• Experience with Service Management and Agile platforms, preferably ServiceNow and Atlassian.
• Strong business insight, managing KPIs, SLAs, and metrics-driven reporting.
• Relevant certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Teams Administrator Associate, Cybersecurity Architect Expert, ITIL 4 Foundation, CompTIA Network+ or CCNA.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as HITRUST and HIPAA.
