📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of TriVista engagements by developing and tracking project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while fulfilling the requirements of colleagues and clients.

• Propel projects to successful completion by managing, supervising, assisting, or executing project activities, workstreams, and deliverables.

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for enterprise value enhancement and solutions.

• Guide associates and consultants in data collection and analysis, and conduct technical quality assurance on the work produced by the team.

• Employ various project management methodologies and tools such as Gantt Charts, budgeting, risk assessments, work breakdown structures, and RACI matrices.

• Craft high-quality written deliverables.

• Exhibit knowledge of industry and technology trends, enterprise applications, ERP systems, cybersecurity risks, and digital transformations.

• Communicate a clear vision of what “state of the art” technology systems, processes, and operating models entail.

• Contribute to the development of TriVista practices by identifying, creating, and implementing standard tools, templates, and methodologies.

• Conduct independent research to support fact-based analysis and informed qualitative assessments grounded in experience.

• Lead client evaluations and technology transformation initiatives that focus on enterprise applications, ERP systems, systems architecture, cybersecurity, technology risk, and IT organizational effectiveness.

• Support post-merger integration efforts, particularly those related to enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology synchronization.

• Convert technical insights into actionable business recommendations that enhance performance, mitigate risk, and foster enterprise value creation.

• Collaborate with team members across different practices to ensure the timely and effective sharing of critical project information.

• Manage daily client interactions and relationships, including prompt email responses, risk and issue remediation, and the presentation of check-ins and final deliverables.

• Aid in the firm’s business development by preparing work-plans, pricing estimates, and risk assessments as needed.

• Mentor and lead teams of consultants and associates throughout project engagements and promote internal growth opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant industry and/or consulting experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in results-oriented project leadership.

• Comprehensive and balanced understanding of IT and business strategy, operations, and value drivers.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

• Experience in project management, leading complex projects and managing project teams.

• Proven leadership skills to manage, mentor, and inspire teams to reach business objectives.

• Familiarity with assessing, designing, and executing system architecture, ERP/enterprise systems, technology risk, and digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience in supporting post-merger integration (PMI) involving enterprise systems, ERP, cybersecurity, and technology integration.

• Capability to evaluate technology and business processes, translating technical findings into business recommendations suitable for an executive audience.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying ideas and recommendations to a diverse range of client personnel, from manufacturing staff to CEOs.

• Solid financial and accounting knowledge to facilitate collaboration with client finance departments.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate TriVista analyses and opportunities to the client management team, securing support for initiatives.

• Self-driven with a high level of initiative and commitment to completing tasks on time and with outstanding quality.

• Excellent presentation and writing skills.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
