This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, nurture, and cultivate a high-performing team of digital stylists.
• Take complete responsibility for the sales performance of the team.
• Formulate and implement strategies that drive business growth.
• Propel personalized and impactful client engagement initiatives.
• Supervise content creation and styling standards.
• Conduct structured business reviews and sales-oriented team meetings.
• Collaborate with teams in Merchandising, Marketing, and other departments.
• Continuously refine workflows and outreach strategies.
• Hold regular one-on-one check-ins and business coaching sessions.
• Monitor, analyze, and respond to weekly and monthly sales and engagement metrics.
• Serve as a key collaborator within the Saks Global selling function.
• Over 7 years of experience in fashion, digital selling, or client development.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• A proven history of driving sales growth and surpassing performance objectives.
• Proficiency in digital clienteling tools, CRM systems, and virtual styling platforms.
• Outstanding storytelling, styling, and content creation abilities.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
