Manager, Digital Media Strategy – Planning

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of digital RFP strategies across streaming, podcasting, social media, and experiential/event offerings, ensuring that plans are meticulously crafted, data-driven, and aligned with advertiser goals.

• Develop and oversee all supporting RFP materials, including comprehensive Excel-based media plans, presentation slides, and tailored documentation that effectively communicates strategy, value, and performance expectations.

• Utilize internal documentation and workflow systems to accurately assign RFP ownership, monitor progress, adhere to deadlines, and maintain visibility among multiple stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with inventory and planning teams, using internal inventory management systems to evaluate availability, pricing, and feasibility to support robust and competitive RFP responses.

• Examine post-sale performance data and campaign insights to derive learnings, enhance future recommendations, and continually improve pre-sale strategy, planning, and storytelling.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience

• A keen interest in media and technology, with a desire to stay updated on new trends

• High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail

• Professional maturity, integrity, discipline, and a positive attitude

• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel

• Self-driven work ethic with effective time management capabilities

• Creative problem solver with the ability to swiftly identify client needs
