This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a team of installers, coordinate resources for projects, monitor progress, streamline workflows, and ensure that installations are completed on time.
• Establish clear expectations, objectives, and performance benchmarks while nurturing an inclusive and positive team environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and reviews; facilitate training and skill enhancement opportunities.
• Engage in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new personnel.
• Propel customer success by cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with Public Safety clients, understanding and proactively addressing their needs and concerns, while ensuring timely service during implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to establish optimal installation practices, documentation, and enhancements to the hardware ecosystem based on field insights. Advocate for customer requirements based on their feedback.
• Work together with internal stakeholders to resolve hardware and software challenges.
• Travel to customer locations under varying weather conditions to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain BRINC hardware and software, ensuring adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Over 5 years of experience in project, operations, or resource management; at least 4 years of experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in booking and overseeing all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
• Solid understanding of electronics, low/high voltage wiring, hardware assembly, and troubleshooting; familiarity with MacOS, Windows, or Linux; basic networking skills.
• Capable of assembling and disassembling products according to installation instructions and manuals.
• Comfortable and able to safely work at heights (including ladders, rooftops, and structures), lift and carry heavy items, and operate in various weather conditions.
• Outstanding organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and an effective communicator; adept at working independently.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced settings, taking initiative and proactively addressing challenges before they emerge.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time; must reside within 1.5 hours of a major airport.
• Must have a valid US driver's license.
• FAA 107 sUAS Certification.
