This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Evaluate designs for alignment with the Brand Narrative, aesthetic appeal, functionality, and adherence to Brand Standards.
• Assess drawing sets, specification submissions, finishes, and shop drawings for compliance with AD&C and Brand Standards.
• Ensure precise internal reporting of ongoing projects and track their progress.
• Contribute to the continuous upkeep and revisions of Brand Narratives, Design & Construction Standards, and design resources.
• Support the preparation of presentations for conferences, events, and AD&C team meetings.
• Collaborate with AD&C Project Management Team Members to explore design possibilities.
• Negotiate with Franchisees and their Interior Designers to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Engage in presentations from vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in interior design or architecture within the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam.
• Willingness to travel as needed, up to 25% of the time.
• At least one (1) year of interior design experience specifically with Full-Service properties.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management, design products, finishes, and procurement processes.
• Understanding of accessibility, building codes, and technical standards within the hospitality architecture and design industry.
• NCIDQ Certification is required.
