This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full responsibility for the execution across SSP partner platforms, which includes submitting domains for approval, generating and validating placement IDs, and setting up inventory configurations.
• Serve as the main contact for SSPs and demand partners, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimizations. Proactively follow up on requests, escalate issues as necessary, and foster strong working relationships to ensure prompt responses.
• Implement and manage advertiser and category blocklists across SSPs according to publisher requirements, brand safety standards, and performance insights.
• Investigate discrepancies in bidder performance, such as CPM, win rate, and fill rate variations. Collaborate with internal teams and external SSPs to diagnose issues (e.g., bid density, timeout settings, deal configurations) and apply data-driven solutions to enhance yield.
• Extract, consolidate, and analyze performance metrics from various SSP dashboards. Convert raw data into actionable insights, recognizing trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Oversee and audit ads.txt files across publisher properties to guarantee that all authorized sellers are correctly represented, eliminate outdated entries, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits of site and partner setups to pinpoint gaps in demand coverage, misconfigurations, or underperforming integrations.
• Monitor developments in the programmatic ecosystem (e.g., privacy regulations, signal loss, new SSP features). Transform industry changes into actionable recommendations that enhance performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Create and maintain clear, standardized documentation for operational workflows, partner requirements, and troubleshooting guides.
• 1-2 years of experience in Ad tech within the digital marketing sector.
• Familiarity with Programmatic advertising.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, ZenDesk, etc.).
• Understanding of digital media supply and demand chains.
• Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong skills in spreadsheet management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in building and maintaining relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
