Manager, Dedicated Implementations – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• In the role of our inaugural Manager of Dedicated Implementations in EMEA, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding experiences for customers embarking on their Ashby journey.

• You will lead a team of Implementation Specialists based in EMEA, focusing on our Dedicated customer segments, which include Strategic (enterprise) and High Touch (mid-market) customers.

• You will manage the delivery of implementation experiences tailored to specific segments and collaborate across functions to assist in scoping and planning for prospective clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Implementation & Project Management: You possess extensive experience in managing and executing implementation and onboarding projects, which involves defining tasks, aligning with stakeholders, communicating the project plan, and ultimately delivering results that meet agreed-upon expectations. You excel at keeping the team on schedule to ensure milestones are achieved. You are effective in a remote-first environment and can travel less than 10% as required for key customer engagements.

• Team Leadership: You excel at building and scaling high-performing teams, empowering them to achieve outcomes that meet or exceed the high standards established by our team and organization.

• Customer Centricity: You have a keen ability to understand customer needs and customize implementations to fulfill their specific requirements. You foster strong customer relationships through high levels of engagement and communication, acting as the customer's proactive guide and advocate throughout the implementation phase.

• Bias for Action: You push work forward by translating ambiguity into clear paths, driving towards results, and ensuring follow-through on commitments.

• Regional Focus: You utilize your knowledge of the EMEA market to define and enhance the delivery of implementations, ensuring our strategies are optimized for regional considerations and can scale without sacrificing quality.

• Fluency with Enterprise Motions: You are experienced in navigating complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and changing requirements. You are skilled in managing change processes at scale and assisting customers in adapting to new systems and approaches.

• Technical Proficiency: You have a strong understanding of a complex product (preferably Ashby) and its technical details; you are technically curious and innovative.

• Critical Thinking & Solutions Orientation: You proactively identify thematic customer opportunities and enhance our processes accordingly. You think critically to address problems rather than relying solely on past experiences.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders in Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to align and define progress.
