This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Build, guide, and mentor a team of Launch Specialists, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement.
• Deliver training, coaching, and performance management to ensure the team provides top-notch support.
• Enhance our Onboarding process to assist new restaurants and prepare them for success.
• Identify essential metrics and formulate strategies to minimize early churn among new restaurant clients.
• Work closely with the Onboarding, Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to guarantee a smooth transition and consistent messaging for new clients.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience in the restaurant technology sector is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker with the capacity to use data for informed decision-making.
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and platforms.
• Capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
