This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and nurture the CRM team through coaching, mentoring, and effective people management.
β’ Oversee the Salesforce and HubSpot CRM application portfolio, encompassing strategy, governance, roadmap, and operational excellence.
β’ Collaborate with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Operations to convert business needs into technological solutions.
β’ Enhance CRM capabilities, streamline business processes and user adoption, while utilizing automation, AI, analytics, and emerging technologies.
β’ Direct cross-functional initiatives while managing shifting priorities, competing demands, governance, and quality assurance.
β’ Set performance metrics, drive continuous improvement, manage vendors and key initiatives, and guarantee compliance with security, risk, and data governance standards.
β’ Create and oversee the CRM product roadmap, focusing on business value, user feedback, technical strategy, and organizational priorities.
β’ Spearhead user adoption, training, and change management initiatives.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in supporting enterprise CRM platforms.
β’ More than 3 years of leadership experience within an IT organization.
β’ Extensive knowledge of Salesforce, including platform capabilities, architecture, administration, governance, and best practices.
β’ Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
β’ Strong comprehension of enterprise application ecosystems and Salesforce integrations with ERP, CPQ, marketing automation, customer support, identity management, data platforms, and other critical business applications.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading CRM implementations, enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives involving multiple integrated enterprise systems.
β’ Experience in driving digital transformation, process modernization, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled CRM capabilities.
β’ Excellent business partnership skills with the capability to translate business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
β’ Ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and competing demands.
β’ Experience supporting global organizations across various regions and business functions.
β’ All employees must be legally authorized to work in the US.
β’ Preferred: Salesforce certifications, including Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or equivalent.
β’ Preferred: Experience with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, Salesforce release management, and application lifecycle management.
β’ Preferred: Knowledge in Customer Data Platforms, AI copilots, or predictive analytics.
β’ Preferred: Experience leading CRM platform migrations or consolidations.
