This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire credit lifecycle for the organization.
• Direct credit analysis, collections efforts, and customer communication initiatives.
• Create and uphold standardized credit policies and procedures.
• Assess customer creditworthiness through financial statement evaluations and risk scoring tools.
• Track customer accounts for indications of credit decline and propose mitigation strategies.
• Support the accounts receivable team in addressing billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputes.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding credit terms and payment expectations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external legal counsel on challenging accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret financial information and evaluate risk.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Preferred experience in overseeing a credit or collections function.
• Knowledge of the healthcare sector and/or healthcare staffing.
• Familiarity with credit insurance, lien rights, or trade credit instruments.
• Proficient in the Workday ERP system.
