This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as a senior creative collaborator with clients, converting brand goals into AI-enhanced video commerce experiences that amplify storytelling and boost conversion rates.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion—planning, creative direction, AI generation, human-in-the-loop review, post-production, delivery, and project wrap-up—with our local and global Creative Services team.
• Enhance regional revenue by participating in sales calls or meetings, confidently presenting new and expanded Creative Services offerings to potential clients and existing customers to maximize overall contract value.
• Facilitate project meetings (kick-offs, status updates, internal/client reviews) and effectively communicate clear action steps, timelines, and trade-offs to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Track content performance and leverage data-driven insights—coupled with rapid AI iterations—to enhance creative elements, test variations at scale, and continuously improve results.
• Stay at the forefront of the rapidly changing generative AI landscape (new models, tools, and techniques) and provide innovative recommendations to clients and the internal team.
• Anticipate potential bottlenecks, manage escalations, balance business requirements against technical and AI-tool limitations, and make informed trade-offs.
• Collaborate with global Creative Services, Product, and Engineering teams to define Firework’s AI content roadmap and introduce new capabilities to the market.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of creative producers and AI livestream specialists in India—overseeing hiring, performance management, career growth, capacity planning, and team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• More than 7 years of relevant experience in creative services, content production, or video/digital agency roles, including practical experience in producing AI-generated content (e.g., Sora, Runway, Veo, Pika, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, ChatGPT/Claude for creative workflows, or similar tools).
• At least 3 years of direct people management experience leading creative or production teams (required)—inclusive of hiring, performance management, coaching, and capacity planning.
• Proven history of delivering AI-augmented or entirely AI-generated video, image, or interactive content of brand-safe quality for enterprise clients.
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, model evaluation, and the integration of AI tools into production workflows alongside human creative resources.
• Exceptional client management abilities and experience in maintaining relationships with local and global enterprise brands and retailers.
• Solid knowledge of creative production, with the capability to provide clear and concise guidance to internal teams and external partners.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or another major Indian language is advantageous, along with an understanding of regional nuances to create compelling scripts for local audiences.
• Familiarity with brand, intellectual property, rights, and emerging regulatory considerations in AI content (e.g., disclosure, likeness/voice consent, training-data provenance).
• A desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation and the swift adoption of new AI capabilities are standard.
