This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and enhance the operating system that powers the Creative Studio.
• Oversee the complete creative intake process across all brands and channels.
• Collect missing details, clarify objectives, define deliverables, and ensure that briefs are thoroughly completed.
• Manage the creative project portfolio from intake to final delivery.
• Balance workloads among designers, creative resources, freelancers, and agencies.
• Govern the Creative “Fast Lane” process and assess urgent requests.
• Communicate project priorities, resource limitations, and delivery expectations.
• Manage the administration of Monday.com and any future creative workflow platforms.
• Create dashboards, workflows, automations, reporting, and resource management tools.
• Establish SOPs, templates, and standards for project governance.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and work-back schedules for campaigns, launches, retail initiatives, and marketing activations.
• Monitor project health, identify delivery risks, and eliminate blockers.
• Ensure that creative deliverables are completed on schedule and in full while upholding quality standards.
• Facilitate project status meetings and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Digital, Packaging, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and external partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning, status reviews, and launch readiness meetings.
• Analyze workflow performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance speed, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to measure operational health and creative effectiveness.
• Lead, mentor, and support creative team members and project coordinators.
• Manage resource allocation and team capacity planning.
• Foster accountability and uphold project management standards.
• 5-7 years of experience in creative operations, marketing operations, project management, brand management, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting creative teams in a dynamic consumer products, retail, agency, or manufacturing environment.
• Proven success in building workflows, operational processes, and project governance.
• Familiarity with project management software; Monday.com is strongly preferred.
• Outstanding organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs.
• Preferred: Experience supporting consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and product launch processes.
• Preferred: Knowledge of print production, packaging artwork management, and retail marketing materials.
• Preferred: Understanding of omnichannel marketing asset development, including retail, eCommerce, digital, social media, and packaging execution.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
• Preferred: PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
• Competence in writing, typing, and using telephone, copier, and computer systems.
• Ability to occasionally move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. across the office, with or without accommodations.
