Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of innovative social content and concepts

• Produce daily short-form motion graphic assets tailored for digital social media platforms

• Develop After Effects templates to enhance daily content production

• Collaborate with design, video, and social/editorial teams on storyboards, motion graphics, and animations

• Establish and uphold aesthetic standards and consistency across various assets and channels

• Stay updated on industry and design trends to ensure client brands remain cutting-edge

• Transform branded content into social media assets such as clips, GIFs, graphics, photos, stories, and copy

• Work with both video and static images

• Team up with creative and strategy teams, including the Founder and CCO, on video, photography, social copy, GIFs, clips, and streaming stories

• Utilize industry-standard software and social media platforms for design and editing

• Manage quick-turnaround requests and adhere to tight deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, TikTok, Instagram, and FB Live

• Exceptional motion design and editing abilities

• Strong enthusiasm for producing content across social, streaming, AR, music, film, and interactive media platforms

• Residing in Jakarta or possessing relevant experience in the Indonesian market for over three years

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia

• Responsible, accountable, collaborative, proactive, and kind
