Manager – Corporate Application Support Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• The Manager of Corporate Application Services is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that facilitates the execution and adoption of IT operation initiatives.

• This position collaborates with the Service Desk and various cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery that meets established objectives.

• The Manager will take a hands-on approach, overseeing the continuous maintenance and enhancement of corporate-level applications.

• Utilizing data-driven insights, the Manager aims to enhance performance, advocate for change management, and achieve measurable improvements in efficiency, service quality, and team effectiveness.

• Provide supervision of project activities and address escalated issues to ensure successful project completion.

• Identify automation opportunities, promote process innovation, and implement efficient and scalable working methods.

• Regularly report on project status to leadership and key stakeholders.

• Collect and analyze IT-related data to identify trends and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate throughout the organization to support and refine IT processes that align with the business's future requirements.

• Oversee the development and growth of the team, including coaching and performance management.

• Travel to various office locations regularly.

• Perform other associated duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT technical role.

• 3-5 years of recent experience with a technical ticketing system (Atlassian preferred).

• 1-3 years of project management experience.

• 1-3 years of leadership experience with a geographically distributed team is preferred.

• Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and analyzing technical issues and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions.

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a relevant business discipline is preferred.

• Agile-related training and certification are preferred.
