This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Directing The Home Depot’s Contingent Workforce Program Office (CWPO)
• Managing all temporary workforce policies, tools, and program operations
• Ensuring that internal customers and strategic vendors gain maximum value
• Assisting in the sourcing and curation of contingent talent
• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition partners on recruitment strategies
• Partnering with business leaders to ensure workforce needs are fulfilled
• Leading a team and acting as a steward of enterprise funding
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Exhibits advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in creating and implementing technology solutions to resolve business challenges, preferably in an agile/product environment
• Previous management experience is preferred
