This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Ensure the continuous success and value delivery for Samsara’s enterprise clientele.
• Establish and implement long-term strategies for the Resident Consultant team.
• Identify and nurture the next generation of Resident Consultants at Samsara.
• Keep executives updated on progress and advocate for necessary changes.
• Lead proactively and embody Samsara’s cultural principles.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a diverse, high-performing team.
• Over 8 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or consulting.
• More than 3 years in leadership roles, including the ability to recruit and retain top talent.
• Background working with customers generating $1M+ ACV.
• Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the United States for customer meetings and events (up to 25%).
• Experience in structured value delivery processes.
• Exceptional skills in managing executive stakeholders and effective communication.
• Proven ability to build trust and communicate efficiently with various stakeholders.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-motivated individual who takes initiative and excels in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized four-year institution.
