Manager, Concierge Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of diverse teams of Concierge Security Engineers.

• Establish internal procedures and ensure their alignment with the larger organizational framework.

• Translate the vision and mission set forth by executive leadership into a high-quality, scalable, and consistent customer experience.

• Collaborate with various teams to introduce new security technology strategies and implement security solutions with a strong emphasis on automation.

• Create and present performance metrics that highlight business impact, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

• Partner with Customer Success, R&D, and Sales Operations to equip the operations center with the necessary tools and processes for effective security service delivery.

• Advocate for innovation requirements across our security stack to consolidate all relevant security data, enabling comprehensive situational awareness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline along with relevant cybersecurity certifications.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in leading Security Operations, particularly with Cloud and/or SaaS products.

• At least two years of experience in Security Consulting or Professional Services.

• Over 5 years of experience in a Cybersecurity role.
