📋 Description

• Provide financial advisory services for intricate projects and transactions.

• Oversee assigned tasks in a client-facing capacity, consistently meeting and surpassing client expectations.

• Take ownership of the complete delivery of client projects and programs, ensuring accountability for quality, timelines, and financial objectives.

• Assist in business development efforts, including drafting proposals and bids, from identifying opportunities to finalizing contracts.

• Delegate and coordinate the tasks of team members while fostering their professional growth.

• Aid in the management of the business unit, encompassing pipeline and budget oversight.

• Uphold integrity and align actions with the firm’s core values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in the transport sector, either through consultancy roles aiding government departments, public authorities, or private sector organizations, or having direct experience within such institutions.

• Proficiency in programme management or major contracts procurement.

• Experience in managing client engagements and stakeholder relationships.

• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in business case development, commercial structuring, or assisting with bids for significant infrastructure or operations contracts (preferred).

• A relevant professional qualification, such as MCIPS or an acknowledged programme management certification (preferred but not mandatory).
