This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of commercial standards and frameworks that align with brand intentions and strategic objectives.

• Leverage performance data and insights to pinpoint gaps in demand, execution, or resources, and highlight focus areas.

• Collaborate across functions to synchronize commercial priorities and demand strategies with brand value propositions.

• Integrate commercial standards into Brand Protection Programs (FIP, BCP, QA), training materials, and policies.

• Uphold standards that preserve brand uniqueness and quality while facilitating practical execution.

• Work in partnership with Operations to connect commercial and operational standards, ensuring a balance between consistency and flexibility.

• Convert brand positioning into B2B enablement tools and guidance, fostering collaboration across Customer Service functions.

• Assist in governance, tracking adoption, and the ongoing enhancement of standards.

• Advocate for the essentials vision and strategic framework among Hyatt colleagues in both Corporate and regional offices to secure comprehensive support and alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the hotel industry, including commercial services, with a preference for limited service brands.

• Experience working with multiple brands is highly desirable.

• A self-starter with a robust understanding of various Commercial functions such as Sales, Revenue, and Marketing.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or Business is required.

• Proficient in computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
