This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop strategic solutions for EVERSANA clients and potential clients in partnership with business development and sales operations, focusing on cross-functional service offerings to deliver a comprehensive solution.
• Engage in scoping calls/meetings, solution creation, meeting preparation, and presentation crafting as necessary.
• Offer strategy and content (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for proactive proposal formulation.
• Assist in creating market assessments for targeted opportunities.
• Collaborate effectively with internal market research as needed to support the aforementioned tasks.
• Work alongside commercial operations to ensure budget alignment with strategy.
• Partner with marketing to create content as needed.
• Collaborate with finance to verify financial assumptions when appropriate.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with outsourced commercial services within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of the life sciences product lifecycle and the services required at each stage.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to innovate solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in analyzing data and trends to derive conclusions.
• Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
