This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Achieve and surpass booking and revenue objectives alongside a team of Account Executives.
• Establish and maintain inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline goals, ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and adherence to KPIs and other operational metrics to evaluate team performance.
• Guarantee the consistent application of the complete sales playbook, collaborating closely with sales operations to synchronize CRM processes and sales management training programs, ensuring uniformity and effectiveness throughout the organization.
• Educate and assess your sales team on essential duties, which encompass prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business with both existing and potential customers, while assisting in achieving or surpassing quota targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Engage in pipeline planning by maintaining a disciplined approach to keeping the pipeline current.
• Demonstrate proficiency in all Motive offerings, including ELD, Dashcam, and new products, while sharing best practices in sales and negotiation techniques and articulating the value and benefits of the products.
• Listen to calls and provide coaching to Account Executives to enhance their skill sets and mentor them effectively.
• Comprehend, audit, and forecast business performance to leadership.
• Conduct demos and negotiate deals sourced by the Account Executives.
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales leadership (preferred), ideally within a technology/product company.
• At least 4+ years of experience in International Sales, with a preference for the US Market.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferably from overseas institutions in the US/UK/Canada) and/or extensive exposure to B2B customers in the US/Canada/UK.
• Proven success in SaaS sales with a demonstrated ability to handle transactions and a short sales cycle in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Outstanding contractual and negotiation capabilities.
• Capacity to mentor team members and hold them accountable for effective pipeline management.
• Self-motivated individual who can tackle ambiguous projects and show resourcefulness in their execution.
