Manager, Commercial Quality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead and manage Quality operations throughout the Ergomed Group

• Ensure adherence to global GxP regulations and standards

• Provide quality insights for client proposals and bid defense initiatives

• Create commercial materials to support Quality as a Service offerings

• Supervise the preparation and evaluation of Commercial Quality-related metrics

• Mentor and nurture Quality personnel within the department

• Oversee project quality and compliance efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing and stakeholder management positions

• Expertise in preparing presentations, capability decks, and client-oriented materials

• Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance and clinical knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and collaborative tools

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
